We want you to love your Rally Print Co. gear. Since every item is made to order specifically for you, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retail store.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [EMAIL] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind Because each product is printed on demand just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
